From hats to shoes, to scarves to nails, it’s all about colour on Ladies Day.

In 2017 it was widely believed that Irish trained horses would take a number of Race winning honours back to Ireland but could Irish Ladies win the Fashion Stakes as well?

The Ireland v Great Britain Fashion Stakes

Roz Purcell was representing Ireland in 2017:

“I was really excited to be Ireland’s Team Captain on Ladies Day at The Festival, the Irish girls always pull out all the stops when it comes to racing. I have no doubt we can bring the trophy home for the third year!

Miss England – (Elizabeth Grant) was representing Great Britain:

“I’m so excited to be an Ambassador for Cheltenham Races! It’s all a brand new experience and I’m willing to take it all in my stride. People come from across the whole country for this unbelievable event and this year will undoubtedly be the best yet. I’m thrilled to be involved with Ladies Day and to look at the inspirational dress ideas from these beautiful ladies and hopefully a GB lady will walk away with the title this year. Hope to see you all there.”

It’s all about colour, fun and sharing what you’re wearing and now it’s all about representing your nation as well!

Our #ColourMeMarch awards are celebrated and judged via social media and online only.
